First and foremost this site is a vehicle for me to tell my story about my experience with magnesium deficiency and what I have done to overcome it.
While I do believe strongly in the importance of magnesium to the human diet please recognize that everything on this site is based on what I have researched and what has worked for me. The human body varies in so many ways that what has worked for me may have no effect for you, or even worse cause harm!
So please please please talk to your doctor before trying any supplement or making substantial changes to your diet. Even if you are suffering from symptoms that you are sure are the result of magnesium deficiency your doctor can at least help you rule out any other possibilities just to be sure.
