104 Ways To Feel Better: A New Wellness Program From Dr. Carolyn Dean

By Andrew McVagh, last updated November 19, 2017

Completement Now by Dr. Dean

I believe in magnesium. It completely changed my life, and as more people write in to share similar stories I'm beginning to realize just how common magnesium deficiency might be.

As important as magnesium is though, it is just one of hundreds of factors that contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Beyond Magnesium

With that in mind, Dr. Carolyn Dean (who literally wrote the book on magnesium with The Magnesium Miracle) has put together a complete wellness program called 'Completement Now!'.

Over the course of 104 online modules she covers a wide range of health-related topics, including:

  • key points about magnesium
  • other vitamins and minerals, including C, D, and calcium
  • super foods
  • power exercises
  • too many other topics to list here

In short, 'Completement Now!' is the full package. It is magnesium ... and everything else.

Dr. Dean's program is worth checking out, especially if you are doing your own research on any health issues you may have.

Completement Now Review: What To Expect

Even though magnesium cured a lot of different issues for me I still had some other symptoms I was hoping to work on (things like seasonal allergies).

Since Dr. Dean's book was so helpful I decided to check out her website to see if she had anything else to offer. When I came across her new wellness program I figured I would give it a try.

When I signed up for 'Completement Now!' the first thing I received was an email asking me to verify my email address. It was a simple email with a link that I had to click in order to say that I truly wanted to sign up (I suspect she does this to avoid spam).

Once I clicked the link in the first email I was taken to a welcome page that explained more about the program. This page also explained how to get access to the first module.

I then received a second email which had a direct link to the module, along with a password that I needed to use in order to get access.

Overall the directions were easy to follow. From the time I first entered my email address to the time I was reading Module 1 was about three minutes.

104 Modules

All the modules appear to be PDFs, so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader if you plan to read the modules on your computer. The good thing about PDFs though is that you can download the files and use them on any device.

So if you have a tablet, smartphone, or even an e-reader like a Kindle you can download the modules to your device and read them anywhere. I've been putting them on my iPad and reading them that way.

The first module is nine pages. While part of the module talks about what to expect from the other 103 modules, it also talks about a strategy for finding healthy foods that work the best for you that I hadn't considered before.

Also, one thing I noticed in the emails is that there's a link at the bottom of each that you can click to be immediately unsubscribed, which makes me think it's pretty easy to leave the program if you decide to.

Worth Trying ... For Free

I haven't made it through all the modules yet (there's 104!), but the ones I've seen so far have been useful. Each one has given me something new and interesting to consider.

So whether you're searching for answers or you simply want to tweak your already healthy lifestyle, I think Dr. Dean's wellness program is worth checking out.

And you can try it for FREE. No phone number, home address, or credit card required.

You don't even have to enter your name.

All you need to enter is your email address and you will get the first 4 modules sent right to your inbox.

This means that if you sign up for her program through one of my links above I will receive a small commission that I will then use to support and expand this site. Dr. Dean is the real deal though, so even if you would prefer not to use my links I still strongly recommend you check out Completement Now.
