It took me way too long to learn about the power of magnesium. If I had paid attention and done my research I would have saved myself months of suffering from the symptoms of magnesium deficiency.

With this in mind I am constantly on the lookout for other health tips and tricks I may be missing. I want to stay on top of my health and make sure I'm doing all the right things so I don't have to go through anything remotely like what I did last time.

During one of my most recent searches I came across a book called Everyday Roots. It's written by a woman named Claire Goodall, and what struck me was how similar her story is to mine.
